Tuesday morning we got up and everyone else went to Aunt Beverly's home to do the
Eldridge family traditions Christmas morning but we were sad that we would not be
able to participate this year due to the fact that Anne Marie was flying out
this day and we have the tradition in our own (Alan Brown) family of going to a movie on
Christmas morning after opening gifts and then we would be taking Anne Marie to
the airport to hopefully get her flight back to Utah (it had started snowing,
really, in Texas, yes, in Texas). And Allison and John needed to be available to
skype for John's brother's phone call who is on a mission, so they needed to
stay home and wait....so we were kind of party poopers that day....but happy
that we got to keep our traditions and that Allison and John got to talk to
and see David in Brazil!! But I have a picture of the group at
Beverly's together and having fun playing
pool etc.. yes, I hate missing anything!! And Anne Marie's flight was like the only one that got out Christmas
night.....such a huge blessing she really had to be back at the hospital
Wednesday!!

Anne Marie right before we left for the airport!! |
Christmas day brunch was ham, orange juice, cheesy potatoes, fruit salad, and pumpkin and cherry pie, this was more a buffet style come and get it when you were ready for it. A little more casual but just as nice and still using the Christmas dishes!!
But, here are pictures from our Christmas morning!!!
