Biggest Loser, Charlotte Edition Update.....

Saturday (3/2/13) was weigh in for week 4.   So, before we headed up to Tyler for the Baby Blessing weekend, we weighed in.

Aileen 2 lbs. for a total of 13 lbs.

Alan 2 lbs. which I'll let him tell you his total....he really started back in July or August with his new job and he has lost an incredible amount of weight.

Lois 3 lbs. for a total of 27 lbs. not bad for a 4 week total, but I must confess I was hoping to be down by 30 for this weekend.  But I will keep working at it.
