Logan's Senior Night at Church

Logan's Ward (Plano 3rd Ward) had a special recognition night at YM/YWs for all the Seniors who are graduating this spring.  Logan's Dad (my brother) was out of town on business so we even though we would have tried to be there for him any way, we did feel more responsibility to be there because his Dad couldn't!!

It was a great night and Logan had to be pleased with how special they tried to make it.  Here is some of the fun we had:

They were asked to make a display of talents, hobbies, things that describe them...



Grandma Barbara and Grandpa gave him the blanket with the picture
of the whole family on it



Elizabeth came up with some clever things to say about Logan

The notebook is Logan's Genealogy that Grandma did for him right before she died.
He also had quite and extensive hat and shoe collection (we only brought a very
 few) and of course his Championship trophy

Then they figured out a way to show the video taping
he has done of other Basketball teams

They had cake and balloons to represent each of the high schools
funny enough there were 2 from each school graduating.

They had a MC in a tux and everything

They played a fun game where they had the Seniors answer
Questions beforehand.  We all had sticks with all the Seniors
pictures on them and we had to guess who answered what and hold up their
picture!  It really was fun.

They showed a slide show of all the Seniors growing up. 

They each told what their plans were for College etc...

Elizabeth really is the "Mom" that takes care of them
and she is the reason this night was so special for
Logan!
