We had big plans when Allison and John moved so close to go to all of John's football games and watch him do his job on the sidelines but also to have fun and have a HS team to cheer for. We went down to Tyler to see a couple of games but with Burleson being so close Alan was geared up to go see all the home games. But then Charlotte got sick and quarantined and Allison stuck at home for such long hours that we new then that our Date nights on Friday nights needed to be with Allison. We have had a fun routine of helping get Charlotte bathed and ready for bed, then getting take out for dinner (some place that Allison can eat since Charlotte has allergies and Allison is nursing) then we visit and play Shang-hi until we have to be home for or respite care giver to go home!! We have enjoyed having the time with our daughter a little more one-on-one....but I will say we were all really excited when the Doctor said we could start going out and about with Charlotte more!! Yay!! And what was really cute was how excited John was that Charlotte was going to get to see him at work!!
Football had a bye that week, so we went the the Lady Elks Volley Ball game! They are ranked 2nd in the state and it was really fun to watch! But more fun to watch John holding Charlotte down on the floor where the coaches and Doctors are and watching that cute little family get to be together as they always thought it wold be until the little hick-up in there plans came along! We are so glad Charlotte is getting better!!
